Terms & Conditions
Using our website
These terms govern your use of diagramx.uk, operated by Soloarte Group Ltd, trading as DiagramX, company number 07321426, registered office 46 Nova Road, Croydon, CR0 2TL ("DiagramX", "we", "us"). By browsing this site you agree to these terms; if you disagree, please do not use the site.

Content on this site, including project descriptions, images and case studies, is for general information only and may be updated without notice. While we take care to keep it accurate, we do not guarantee completeness and accept no liability for reliance on it beyond what the law requires.
The design, layout and content of this website are owned by or licensed to DiagramX. You may not reproduce them without our permission, except for fair personal use.
Appointing DiagramX for a project
These website terms are separate from the contract that governs any project we deliver for you. A binding agreement for services is only formed once we issue a signed appointment letter or contract setting out the scope of services, fee basis and stage payments, which you accept in writing.
The free initial consultation offered through this site is for discussing your project and does not itself create a contract for services.
Fees, payment terms and stage breakdowns will always be confirmed in writing before work begins, and are not set by this website.
Intellectual property in project deliverables
Unless the appointment contract says otherwise, copyright in drawings, designs and other project deliverables created by DiagramX remains with DiagramX. Once fees for the relevant stage have been paid in full, clients receive a licence to use those deliverables for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating the project they were produced for.
Where any part of a deliverable has been produced with the assistance of AI tools, DiagramX reviews and takes responsibility for the output before it is issued. This will be made clear in the appointment contract where relevant. See also our AI Statement.
Liability and insurance
DiagramX holds professional indemnity insurance appropriate to the scale of our projects; details are available on request. Our liability for any project is as set out in the appointment contract, which will state any limitation of liability agreed with you.
Nothing in these terms or an appointment contract excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your rights as a consumer
Where you appoint us as an individual for residential or domestic purposes, rather than as a business, you are a consumer and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies: our services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, within a reasonable time, and for a reasonable charge where not agreed in advance.
If you appoint us at a distance, such as online or by phone, following our free consultation, you may have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We will confirm your specific cancellation rights, if any apply, in your appointment contract.
Confidentiality and data protection
We treat information you share with us about your project as confidential and only use it to deliver our services, as set out in our Privacy Policy. We will not share confidential project information with third parties except where necessary to deliver your project, required by law, or agreed with you. We may use AI tools, with the safeguards set out in our AI Statement, as part of delivering your project. If you would prefer us not to use them on your project, tell us before we start.
Cancellation, termination and complaints
Cancellation and termination rights for an appointed project will be set out in your appointment contract. If you are unhappy with our services at any stage, please raise it with us directly at info@diagramx.uk so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may be entitled to refer it to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body or take legal advice.
Governing law
These terms, and any appointment contract with us, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Last updated: 13 October 2026.
