AI Statement

DiagramX, a trading name of Soloarte Group Ltd, uses AI tools to help with drafting, research, summarising documents, modelling and visualisation, and building and maintaining this website. These tools support our work. They do not replace professional judgement.

Everything we issue to clients, including drawings, calculations, specifications and advice, is checked by a qualified member of our team before it is issued. DiagramX remains responsible for the work it issues, whether or not AI tools were used in preparing it.

Where it helps a project, for example for modelling and visualisation, we may enter client drawings and project information into AI tools. When we do:

• we choose tools and account settings so that what we enter is not used to train AI models, where that option is available;
• we do not enter client personal data, such as names and contact details, unless it is needed for the work;
• if a client's contract or confidentiality agreement does not allow us to use AI tools with their project information, we will not do so.

If you would prefer us not to use AI tools on your project, tell us before we start and we will respect that.

AI tool providers handle information on our behalf and may process it outside the UK. How we handle personal data in general is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Unless an appointment contract says otherwise, project deliverables remain the intellectual property of DiagramX, as described in our Terms and Conditions. Where AI has materially shaped a deliverable, for example a concept image used in a presentation, we will tell you.
