US
We are totally focused on Elegance, Function, Attention to Detail to form the basic framework and methodology to the Design of Architecture and the Management of its Construction.
With a diverse design background and a successful history of Planning and Building Control Approvals, we have carried out residential and commercial projects across England, Russia, Italy, Malta.
The practice aims to deliver modern buildings, sympathetic with the local surroundings, materials, cultures, yet characterised by innovative design and technology, energy-efficiency building performance, and construction processes.

Nicola, Head of Design and Project Manager, has delivered about £100M of buildings in the UK in the last 4 years and successfully completed High-End Residential and luxury Commercial projects in the UK, Italy, Russia, and Malta. -

Calvin, a Principal M&E Engineer with over a decade of experience, leads mechanical and electrical design, sustainability efforts, and coordination on major global projects, specializing in various building services. -
Teodor Perfanov
Teodor, a chartered engineer with 17 years’ London consultancy experience, excels in structural engineering for diverse projects, delivering £1m-£40m ventures in concrete and steel, with a can-do mindset.
